A six-room Art Nouveau villa on the shores of Bellano, built for travellers who like their hotels small, atmospheric, and a little romantic. The setting is all lake and garden: a long botanical strip of greenery, private access to the water, and terraces where you can spend an entire afternoon doing very little. Inside, the rooms hold onto original details, travertine floors and stonework, but comfort is modern and easy, with air conditioning and the kind of quiet you only get in a tiny house. It’s the opposite of a big-hotel stay: personal, thoughtful, and beautifully paced. Come here to read, swim, and feel the lake up close, then day-trip to the headline towns when you want the buzz.

What Is Nearby to Villa Marina?
Getting there: You’re in Bellano, with the train station within reach (roughly a 20-minute walk), so it’s doable even if you’re arriving without a car. Getting around: This is a “lake-life” base: walk into Bellano for essentials, then do classic Como days by ferry or train. Nearby, the Orrido di Bellano ravine is one of those easy wins when you want something memorable without turning the day into a mission.
